Probably. He definitely wasn't part of the initial wave, but I have spotted him, the mutant dog and the purple mutant thing, as well as Shredder.
I've yet to see MH at retail, but I'm looking.

He's part of wave 2. As is Fishface and Dogpound. Both of which I haven't yet found outside of Frank and Son. I was lucky enough to find Metalhead at a independent toy store in a local mall.
Dude at FnS they're asking 15 bux for each of em! Too much imo. I wanna get Dogpound if I ever find him.

Finally got around to repainting the face on my 1/10-ish NECA Lara Croft (TR Underworld version).
I got her loose on eBay with no weapons, so I gave her Chap Mei pistols for her holsters and MP5s to dual-wield.
I still have the classic Lara and the TR Legend Lara to repaint. They're considerably easier to paint than the tiny 1/18 heads.

Came with the figure. All 3 versions of Cross Hair have it.
that'd be Cross Hairs from the Valor Vs Venom line .. or was it Spy Troops. It's Spy Troops. He was one of my favorite Joe figures at the time he came out (pre 25th).
In other news I found his rifle .. in my pocket .. of a pair of pants I wasn't wearing when I took him out .. How that happened I'll never know.
