I decided to change out his lower arms to better match the OG card art and gave him OG TV's gear

You probably can guess the parts. In case you can't see them, he has a Shadow Tracker machete/sword and a six-shooter.

P.S. Is this thread just for parts-swaps/kitbashes of GI Joe and Cobra figures...or anything?

Just two headswaps. I had to trim down the 50th LJ's collar to make place for the hair, and i have to do something with the neck, beacuse it's short and the peg is too small for Psylocke's head.

Here's a question for you all --

Has anyone tried kitbashing the various Maschinen Krieger head casts onto 1/18 scale bodies? I know they're listed at 1/20 scale, but I imagine that with how much figure size actually varies, they could match?

Something like this on a 1/18 buck?

Gave Drax some new lower legs.

I put the head, lower arms, and legs of 50th CC onto a DG CC torso, and gave him his dressings from the blue DG CC.

I think the red and gold really compliment each other, so now we know why Destro likes that combo so much.

I've done what countless others must have done by now, put the Falcon head from the 50th figure onto the ROC Pit Trooper body. I gave him Colton's lower arms though.



I do plan on painting his beret patch appropriately, maybe add a knife to his webgear.. add some black cammo like his 25th figure has.

The part that's gonna hang you up the worse is the flat cap.

Yeah I can imagine the hat being a problem, could I modify a beret some how? Not sure what to do about that.

I guess I could do some painting, I just need to actually get the paint at this point.
