S.E. Mich :(
These fit on fairly well...my fave being the Night Fox and Stallker harnesses...thought the NF and BH ones were quite snug

Sorry, I sold my FF.. :(

I think that Duke/Rip one looks awesome.

Eddie, did the Night Fox one close? I was about to try it, but it looked too slim, so I didn't bother.

The FF one and Stalker ones fit best...the others were more snug, but I consider them still fitting...

The NF one would look great with a belt on...

I'm sure you could work something out with it. Maybe graft it to another vest that does fit, like the Renegades Duke one Joesilver modded and used.

Eh, I don't know. I really liked the look of that rig, other than the square pouches on the bottom.

Well, decided to stop bitching and got to work on my Chap Mei RPG. Have three warheads (though I fucked one up, and can't find my other Hasbro RPG 7 to harvest a new head), and now I need to do some paint and work making the boosters relatively uniform, then it's just working on the bandolier so the two spare rounds are removable on it.

TL;DR version:

What dd said...I tried one too...it won't close and even if it did, it rides really high...

I took one of those (a cast one from Jesse actually) and cut out some of the straps are replaced like with the elastic like what is on SE webgear and Duke backpacks...now that gear fits a Rock Roadblock. :D I will see if I can find a pic...if you are interested...

Here is a thread with him in it in the officer section...not sure I ever posted him anywhere else...

He has been updated with a wash now...

Link no good for non-occifers. Not that it matters, I'm no closer to having a Kwinn so it's a non-issue at this point.

I've decided to take the RPG project and roll it into a full-on RPG gunner. Pondering gear options at the moment, and kind of wishing I hadn't trade fogger that DG Cobra Officer. :D

I should have done this to start with....(though I assumed you were an officer for some reason.)

May I present to you a modern version Pathfinder...minus foilage cutting blades on the end of his SAW...

Off hand. Does anyone know a good replacement for retaliation RB's thighs without sculpted holsters? I'm trying to make a movie accurate one and my replacement straps aren't going where the sculpted ones were.

Chuggin' along. Blade is the shape I want, but a bit on the broad side. so I'll take the emery board to it some more.

seeing your pic and Giga's.. just goes to show how far customizing has come a long in the last 10 or so years since I got into the hobby big time.

I remember joining a site and it was basically ARAH turds being polished... now people are sculpting their own parts, casting their own parts, printing their own parts, prainting(or whatever you call what Giga does, lol) their own parts... too cool. I don't even customize as much as I should.. whats the term? I am customizing "vicariously through" all of you awesome customizers out there that continue to push the limits. I can't wait to see what next year and the years beyond bring.

It is a classic. :D

Really wish I was more of a dio guy, as I'd really love a hangar/garage/maintenance bay to use a lot of this stuff in.

So I finished up the Firefly that I was working on, and I started this one the other day...

I made the NVG from some little bit that I had from another random 1:18 helmet and a piece of flexrex. Then, I decided on a blue/white/grey/dark grey camo pattern and started the paint work...

I'm not sure if I'm happy with the camo pattern but I've put several hours into it, so I guess I'm going with it now...

I love the pattern. I'd go with a different vest but that's just me being picky.

The pattern is a dead ringer from that Firefly back in the ARAH days. Came as an urban multi pack with Scrap Iron, Storm shadow, and a few others.

Posted this in the Black Series SW toy thread.

I decided to build a better Stormtrooper.

Left hand is the basic 5pt saga figure, middle is the Black Series Stormtrooper and the right hand was a removable one from earlier.

And with the new head on (it's a swivel so you have to break the basic figure then drill into the solid head to make whatever joint you want). I'm using the 80s single pack MU Cyclops neck joint for swivel and tilting up and down.

Need to do something about those hip joints, they're atrocious and go into the body at an angle like the Ironman 2 figures.
