As for the Torso, careful, as it a whole can of worms when you take it apart. It's a soft rubbery torso, with an odd hard crotch jammed in it(EDDDIE!), it is like a plug, but has this side piece to keep it from swiveling, which is odd because it would have been so much cooler swiveling, lol. AND, it's glued in. So I boiled the heck out of it, yanked it apart, shaved off the weird side thing and then cut off the peg part and cut a Joe lower torso in half and glued the peg thing onto the Joe torso-crotch part and then popped it in. Make sense?

Trying to decide on how I want the sling. I've never had much use for a functioning sling on an action figure, so I'm leaning to tight against the gun.

Wanted a clean cohesive 3 man Crusader PMC team for my FAV. Some teams get the new stuff some crews get the refurbished old stuff. that's just how it is when a Nation has split.

Going to go with Shock Trooper vests. I have one and it looks awesome. Used all fodder for these so far. Will need to order 2 of the 3 vests needed. that's it

Here's a couple I started working on a year ago, first is Duke:

Rock N' Roll:

I originally used Wave 2 RB, and had him with blue color, but the 3.5 RB fit way better, and is more close to classic colors. Also, Ungor Flesh Citadel paint for his a tanned skin color.

Finally, Low-Light:

Gotta redo LL's joints, and I'm still contemplating on how to finish Duke. I like RNR the way he is, just a simple paint job. Lighting in my apartment is horrible and inconvenient for photography.

That RnR is great. Maybe a different vest? It's a tad too iconic as RB. I'm considering doing something similar but need a different vest.

That Duke looks good too, but I can't get past the turtleneck. I wish they'd mod that torso with a regular collar before they made that Flint, that way they could give us a more accurate Duke using Mouse arms.

Agreed on your points. I thought about taking two of the ammunition chains and modding them together as a "vest" for him.

Mouse's forearms are too "skinny" for Duke, IMO. I made a Flint with Colton's arms. The forearms are great and would fit Duke better, but I don't have a whole lot of those lying around, and Flint was short sleeved anyway so it made more sense for him. If I could find anyone that has cast just the arms for Colton, I'd be interested in a few sets.

Personally, I don't have a problem with it, I actually like it...but I do agree that the Duke would look good with Mouse arms...

I really that Flint...especially the update on his harness...still has the ammo looking straps with a more modern load out...I only wish the pouches sat a bit lower as they ride kinda high IMO...

I dislike the use of the Firefly body on Flint, but I like it one Duke. Duke was depicted in a commando sweater in later comics which I thought looked good. Having the shirt over the top of it is a great way to combine both looks together.

Paint on the Schleich plane's wings is curing. The last big hurdle to leap is applying the decals. After that it's just a little assorted paint work and then weathering.

Now to get parts for the damn pilot!

I kind of want to show them together, but I may not. I've run into an unforeseen paint issue. I decided to go back and add the camo pattern I did on the wings (don't grab your dick, it's nothing intricate) to the stabs. Unfortunately, and quite perplexingly, the paint rippled on the port side one, and I'm gonna have to redo the damn thing. Le gay.

Same vest, only in olive drab.
One of the RoC Snake Eyes used those legs, and maybe RoC Breaker, too? They've kind of grown on me, actually.
