Of course.

Like I said before I may just sell one book to my Mom, but I have all this floating around in my head and wanted to be creative in getting it out.

I made a twitter page and have one follower so far.

What I do is wait for a good tweet from one of the major news organizations and if I see fit I'll reply with a futuristic result of what would happen if the wrong choices were made from the current days news flash with an image from that particular chapter.

Those of you who've taken apart an Iron Man figure, any suggestions? Does the torso crack like a Joe one? Any suggestions on getting the legs off?

Irish Lady Jaye is going under the knife. She'll either be two-hand wielding an M1A1 or be praying a new set of arms comes on the market.

I have a few extra heads that I am interested in altering to make additional characters. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for the using the following heads but for a different character? I am open to try my hand at sculpting beards, mustaches, etc. I just bought some Aves Fixit Sculpt.
- Shipwreck (already used one for a Modern Warfare: Price figure, have one more laying around)
- POC Jungle Duke: I have 2-3 of these.
- REN Duke: I have two of these. Was thinking about maybe a Downtown or Psyche Out.
- IceStorm: I have a guy put together that looks really cool, but not sure what to call him. Was thinking maybe making him Grunt or one of the O13.

Shipwreck's head may be a starting point for a 'lumberjack commando".

So, I've used just about everything I can think of chemically and on-hand to do it and it's not working, so any figure-safe paint stripper ya'll can clue me in on?

Otherwise I'm gonna be spending the next week taking 1000 grit Imperial Wetordry to Absorbing Man's stripes!

I tried USP grade ethyl alcohol and it didn't seem to touch it, but I can pick up some denatured next time I'm out.

You still have to use elbow grease but it seems to break up tampo art decently, especially black, on Hasbro "white flesh" plastic.

The other thing I've heard others swear by is to use a regular pencil eraser. I've never tried it, though.

Acetone works for me...though like MR said, some elbow grease is necessary...test a small something similar first

Ever since that phase on the Plymouth "finished" I've not had solvents around. I think I may have some Aircraft Stripper still, so I'm gonna see if that might work.

Been toying around with this for the past couple of days.

I cut the stock off of a McFarlane Halo 3 SMG and shaved the grip down a bit (The bottom pic was taken before the grip was modded). Unfortunately it only works with certain or larger hand types, as shown by RoadRock here.

And now I'm uncertain where to go with it.

Equip Cobra with them...they seem like something MARS would make...pretty cool

Point taken. I've actually got quite a few of those lying around; I'm probably going to keep toying around to see what combinations I can get, maybe ship a few off to Tofujesse and see what kind of magic he can work. Unfortunately these things are THIN and have a tendency to bend.

Right now I'm thinking about taking another, trimming down the grip and leaving the stock still attached. I've noted that the silencer from the Marauder M4 fits perfectly, and it looks pretty decent with the sight from their "Commando" rifle or the ACOG- I'll have to do some additional work to get it just right, but I think I may be on to something.

Hmm. Some styrene to extend the barrel/receiver and that's a pretty good possibility.

So I am sitting here thinking about if i want to remove the words from my newly acquired scale 50 gallon drum, or just paint the entire drum. A thought occured to me. Has anyone ever tried a magic eraser to remove paint from a figure or dio prop? I wonder if it will hurt the plastics. I'll have to try to hunt something to test it on.

I've heard that the Magic Eraser will work with a lot of elbow grease.

I took the tampoed markings off (I didn't want to run the risk of them printing through) with 1000 grit WetorDry sandpaper.

Acetone will do it, but you have to work quickly/small section at a time and next to water. Acetone will melt plastic.

I got my 1:notso18 Hyena muzzled, collared and chained. Just need to do a twine length for the leash.

It's pretty damn amature sculpting work, but it's passable. Anyone got a wife beater torso?

Spirit has those terrible half-gloved forearms, doesn't he?

I guess send them, they might become useful elsewhere.

In other news, Low Light is going off the rails. I've destroyed THREE hands and have nothing to show for it, and the uniform is too dark. I'm gonna try another round of pastels, but I'm not liking the chances it'll be remedied satisfactorily.

Plus no head and I've yet to come to a webbing solution.

And the hits just keep on coming. Turns out Milliput and I don't get along. I'm officially throwing in the towel on sculopting shit. I was a hack at it in high school and I'm no better now.

Guess it's painting and clever accessorizing for me.

Well, for now at least, most of my stuff is in storage at Fogger's, till I get a bigger place. So I'm content to work on a few 40k/Dust/1:48 models I have the space for. Almost finished with the following:
