parts for a 21st century p38

i have a p38 my kids broke while i was deployed, any ideas on how to get replacement parts?

That's gonna be an uphill battle. What's broken, exactly? In all likelihood you're gonna have to luck up upon a parts plane/lot on eBay.

Conversely, you could sign up at Small Scale Military Headquarters - Index page and hang around for 6 months until you get trading privileges. They're far more WWII oriented, and you may be able to get parts there.
