I got to ask, How the hell did you do the mesh on his chest. looks superclean and looks totally flush on skin and sized perfectly.

I made a tank-top shirt with open vertical sides first. Kinda like a throw over vest, if you will.
I then very carefully glued the back bottom "corners" down around his back/outer waist area - repeated the process for the front side Did the same right under the arms, both sides. Final step was to glue each side of the top of the shoulders, right near the outer edge.

So... it's not 100% tight all over, like a real shirt. It's more like a tent, spiked in just the right places so it doesn't move.

But it works, doesn't it?
