So these are 2 custom Predators that I made for commissions for a customer of mine. These use mostly McFarlane Predator parts from the 2-packs that came out around AvP.

Grey Bezerker:
Head: SDS cast
Torso: SDS cast
Arms/Legs: Thor Frost Giant
Arm Blade: SDS cast
Feet: Microman casts
Belt/Accessories: various greeblies and fodder

Red Pred:
Head/Upper Torso/Shoulder pads/Gauntlets/Shins/Feet: McFarlane 2-pack AvP Predator
Rest of body: Thor Frost Giant
Hands: Star Wars Umpass-Stay
Body netting: PoC ShadowTracker spray painted black

I'll have to check, but I don't think I took any of these guys with regular Joes. But they are definitely bigger/taller. The heads add a little extra height and the Frost Giant bodies were slightly taller than average figures IIRC.

I can vouch for what he's saying. I have a custom Predator WIP built on the same figure and when I place him next to a DG Shipwreck, Shippy's head is about level with the Pred's/Frost Giant's shoulders.

To answer your question about the netting... it's been a while, so I honestly don't remember how I attached it. But I think that I wrapped it around the lower torso like a tube and just glued it in back. At least, that's how I would do it now. Same for the legs.

If I was to make a Predator/Doctor Who crossover, I would have the TARDIS translate the Predators as sounding like a bunch of slack-jawed rednecks, y'all. For some reason, they seem like alien redneck hunters, with a weird and ironic sense of fashion--namely the fishnet mid-drift.
