I'm starting a line of Blade Runner figures. This is the first one done.
Wasn't to much work, just reworked Duke Renegades head a little and paited up a SS body. Didn't think there was much more I could do with him. I feel he'll look much cooler with a line of figures.

I want to, but she will be really hard. I'm not good at doing fancy women. Pris and Zora won't be to hard but Rachel, I'm scared. But I'm going to give it a hard look for sure. I want to do a good 8-10 characters overall.

That Duke head works pretty well for Roy. Deckard should be easier. For Rachel's body you could use an Elsa Schneider upper body from the Indiana Jones line and the lower part of that lady from The Golden Compass.

Took your advise and tried to make it real, also painted hair. Sorry for the sucky pick. I do like it better, not so bland looking.
