This is a Sürüngen Rider. They are a Female Army found on the Mysterious Island of The Two Suns. When a girl becomes of age she is given her first Kurakiers, a hooked bladed weapon which have a numbing psychotropic agent soaked into the hooks. They are sent out to chop an arm off the mighty Crocakirra and then hook their upper jaw with their Kurakiers which has a gland that when pierced emits a powerful telepathic bond between the Beast and the Rider enabling them to becoming bonded for life. The severed arm then is replaced with a weapon of choice.
