I need tips to get more organized and utilize my custom workspace.. any tips? I tried looking through the thread, but only a couple pics are working. I'm taking noted on some of the stuff in SWG's video... here's mine:
It pretty much still looks like this, but I took out a set of shelves on one wall(the middle one) and added pegboards to hold carded figures.
Originally I was planning on using it to hold the stuff I was selling, and then it turned into part that/part custom clearance fodder I'd pick up.
The table has a ton of crap on it right now, from projects I was working on then stopped, to random baggies of figures and stuff(kind of like the second pic. piles of baggies...
My main problem is how to store the stuff. I used to use the drawers, I'd have one for diorama bits, one for Joe arms, one for Joe torsos, one for Joe crotches, one for rifles, etc, etc... but after 25th stuff came out, I got rid of most of that stuff and well.. I've never found a new way to display most the stuff.
A lot of my recent fodder I keep in those fishing lure trays and those containers that stack on the right of the second pic. I got those because they were portable and for a while, my buddies and I were meeting almost monthly for custom meets.. but now it's been.. a good 3 years since we've done that...
Just looking for tips, I'm thinking of going about the whole shelves/pegboard wall.. as while it is helpful, I'm wondering if I can do something different that will help me catalog and store away the loose stuff. Let me know if you have any ideas.
Stuff I still need to put away are bags of random body parts(2-3 gallon size bags)... a gallon bag of 25th Joes and gallon bag of 25th Cobras, a gallon bag of Indy figures.. a handful quart size bags of weapons... random figure bubbles filled with opened figs that I only needed a part for(I can't be the only one that does that... lol)... probably other stuff, OH.. Vehicle fodder.. yeah, I kinda have a bunch of that which is taking up space too. HEL(L)P!!!
