Really like to know how you got that range of motion out of Duke's head. Is it that arm joint neck mod I've seen?

I missed this question before...yes it was the arm joint neck mod. I tried to cut the neck off and glue on part of a for the neck, but ended up demelling out a hole and putting an entire forearm in there.

Working on 2 more...here are the heads painted up. I really hate painting the eyes...I need smaller brushes or something...

I've seen these before and forgot to comment. Besides the eyes on a few (and they don't really bother me that much, until after you pointed them out) they're basically factory, and great edits. I'm curious to see more about that neck mod, can you show a pic with the head popped off? I want to fix Lowlight so he can look up.

I had considered using the additional joint neck-pin from a BnB figure and drilling into the neck of the 25th torso, but I didn't want to risk damaging him because it's the only one I've got and I don't want to bother tracking down another.

I too paint eyes like that. Works like a charm but you need a really good paintbrush for it. I have a brush that is only used for eyes. Sometimes step 4 can be skipped altogether if step 3 is done well. And when I have to do step 4 I usually do that after I add the pupil not before.

I am not sure on the brushes, I want to say it's 3/0 but I have no clue since I'm not home for another 10 days. It's a very small brush, I think it's this one:

I basically use that and the chiseled larger one. (I use several of each size, but only those two sizes). I make sure to get a very small amount of paint on the end, and I dot one pupil, completely wipe the brush clean, and do the other pupil the same way. Sometimes, I've had to completely redo the eyes 4 or 5 times to get them just right, but it's worth it in the end.
