The Corps - Battlezone Set Review

I found this guy at Walmart on clearence for $5. The figures of course are Crappy. What this set has is great dio items. First off the lean-to. Its awesome. It has the stacked boxes, a barrell, Radio, incoming/outgoing spreadsheets on hanging non-removable clipboards and a printed map. It was originally just one color with stickers on it. I only kept the map sticker and clipboard stickers on mine. The other stickers were labels on the crates. I am sorry I had begun painting it before I decided to write a review. All I have done is painted ammobox green, some simple silver drybrush on radio and barrell, and did a couple of brown washes on the wood. This set also comes with a vehicle that is so-so but could easilly be used for something else parts wise. A small wall with mounted/removable gun and a few handheld accessories, 2 of which are pegged for backbacks (rocket and pick) The other 2 items it comes with that I really like is a simple handheld pipebomb and a more intricate bomb with a timer. The timer bomb has been painted by me as well.

All in all for $5 this set is a steal.

Shit, for $10-15 I'd still get that set. It's got some great dio bits in it. That back wall is really a dio scene-changer in itself, with the stacked crates. Really fills in a shot by itself.

That is a cool find. If my Wally wasn't like visiting a 3rd world country, I'd check it out to see if they had anything similar.

Nice review. The only sets I can find here are the crappy guard tower and motorbike.

My Wal-Mart got rid of "The Corps" items the same time it stopped carrying Joe figures.

That's odd, The Corps! is practically a Wal-mart house brand, like Old Roy or Sam's Choice.
