I decided to give Multicam Tropic a shot (though the hat is just regular Multicam). There aren't many examples of it in use and the U.S. mostly seems to use it in the Philippines and possibly sub-Saharan Africa. However, since this guy has a hoodie, I figured somewhere in South America might be more appropriate temperature-wise.
