Acid storm and the clear purple one were the only igear versions I didn't buy. I'll get on an official green seeker. Then I can use light blue igear Thundercracker as a base for the blue rainmaker and igear sunstorm as the base for the yellow/orange one.
While I'm not a huge rainmaker fan, I plan to set up two large display shelves in the office of my new house. The MP's will live there, and I hope to have them set up in a dio battle type display, one battle on earth, one battle on cybertron. So I need rainmakers to hang out on cybertron; otherwise, Shockwave will get very lonely.
I cannot imagine that Tak will ever do coneheads. The demand for those guys would pale in comparison to an A-list character, and probably 75% of the conehead fans already have igear versions and wouldn't shell out for them yet again. Let's face it, igear did it right, and there is little Tak could do to improve it significantly.
Plus, I really credit the igear coneheads for all the MP figures coming out now. The coneheads scared the shit out of takara, and someone high up clearly said, "We've seen there is sufficient demand, so we've got to make these other characters before someone else does." There is no way we get an MP practically every month this year if igear doesn't make those coneheads.
