Ditto. I was like a lost child. Everything was different. No pegs for Joes anywhere. I started losing consciousness. I mean the best wave is to come and the movie is a rental purchase wtfmf
My Targets did the same thing and Walmarts are flooded with the first waves. It's starting to look bad.
I'm still not getting any update on my pre ordered Storm Shadow. That's the figure I want most.
sooooo my wave 3.5 was delivered to my PO Box yesterday by UPS. I signed up for a service that allows me to have freight deliveries to my box by using the physical address of the post office and attaching my box number. well, come to find out my package is floating around the post office somewhere not to be found because my box number was not attached to the package.....FML
Did you preorder from BBTS? They've only processed full waves so far, I think... My single figs didn't add to my "in stock" Loot, so I'm assuming they're filling full orders first, then splitting out singles.
Which is why I'm just going to wait. They fucked around long enough that it's too tight of a window for me to risk shipping until I'm back from vacation. I'll just wait till more stuff comes in stock, then I'll ship.
I figure I've waited 3 years for Kwinn, may as well wait a month longer.

Just another reason why I don't go elsewhere. I know Eddie calls them scalpers and other people don't swear by them like I do but I got wave 3.5 right away, in great condition and just slightly above retail(which I will never actually see in store anyway).

I got 2 cases that after shipping came to $9.90 a figure. Which is actually cheaper than retail now.

I'm not lying at all. Some of the figures I don't want and have already made arrangements to trade and a few of them I plan on using for Officer stuff. The rest, I'm keeping for me.
Another +1 for BBTS.. I preordered a couple cases and a number of singles right away and I got them last week. I think they came to just under $10 per figure after shipping so I don't really feel cheated.
They're all still sitting in boxes since I've no times for toys.. but BBTS gets a thumbs up this time.

I got a case from BBTS as well this week. Only 3 or 4 figures I don't want (undecided on Roadblock), and fogger is claiming two of those tomorrow. Paid $20 for shipping on the order, but that also included a Togglehawk and 10 Transformers. I'm not seeing a downside here.
Wave 4 was another story since I only wanted two figures from the case. Case prices didn't change, but damn they went nuts on the "set" prices for the new figures. I understand why as they'll have trouble giving away the non-troop builders from the case, but I ordered what I needed elsewhere.

If I had the cash I would have ordered 3 cases - 1 for each son and one for me...but no way I was laying that much out at once. I can budget a figure or 3 here and there each week, but not all at once. So hoping this wave is on pegs for months...but right now I only see Wave 1 and 2 RoadBlocks. Even DGs here don't have wave 2 yet...Target reset with no joes...Maybe TRU will get them...
I know Eddie hates 'em, but I buy almost exclusively from BBTS now, and it's the convenience factor of the POL and combined shipping. Between Joes and MP Transformers, I've usually just amassed a stockpile, then shipped once I have a few hundred dollars' worth of product in my POL. Shipping for a big box is next to nothing combined to individual shipping from elsewhere. Only issue is that I have to wait, but it's still a better guarantee than retail.
HTS coming back on the radar (by actually having product in stock that remotely interested me for the first time in 3 years) may change me buying more Joes from them, but I'm thinking that it's a one-off and not the standard to expect in the future, considering the exceptionally questionable future of Joe figures in 2014 and beyond.
Now, if BBTS would just do fucking singles on the Night-Viper, I could quit watching HTS altogether.
