Today, another WM, and another that has black 4" figs but not even a slot, shelf, or peg for the 6" line.
I had it. It was nice.
Considering they don't make them anymore what's a reasonable price to pay for one? I'm not doing the Kiowa thing again (LOL).
Again, I just find a number I can live with. Sometimes I over pay and sometimes I don't. If memory serves I got mine from BBTS for $20 something bucks. My normal rule of thumb for a 3-3/4" fig is no more than $20 a figure. They run $11 w/tax + GAS, and hoping you find something. Hell I just paid $83 for the SDCC 2011 CC w/megatron gun and shockwave backpack with 3 cassettes.
you guys must live in never-never land. There has never been a sub-$9.99 vintage collection figure at a store in this area. Maybe when TRU had a national buy one get one half off, but they only had half a peg of prequel figures, so that doesn't really count.
Hell, even when my WM "clearances" this stuff, they only knock off 10%. New waves of good figures for $4-$6... urban legend!
The Amazon/Slave 1 Scandal continues!!!

At this point, I am grateful to have one that is MIMSB. Will be mailing the "drop-kicked" edition back this week hopefully (if I can get away from work).
What a mess.
EDIT:
How about some good news?
6" Sandtrooper is now in stock at Amazon for 20 dollars out the door:

odd.. those came out a couple years ago as Target Exclusives.
They probably discovered some left over stock somewhere.
That's just insane. Wish we had those kind of deals here in Holland. Best I did, was buying an AT-TE for about $45-50 and the big AT-AT for $90. Never saw them before, only when they were on clearance. The problem with the European market, is apparently Hasbro Europe simply replaces the $ with the €.....
In an extremely WISE move, it appears that Hasbro may have reconsidered wave arrangements. What looks like a return to their roots, they might have approached a new way of creating case ratios that in our opinion looks like a home run hit for both collectors who want to buy whole cases, as well as retail so that they won’t sit on incessantly repackaged figures. Here is what our Research Droids have garnered from their investigation. As ALWAYS, take this with a grain of salt until you hear it from Hasbro themselves, which should hopefully be soon at NY International Toy Fair.
