A few pics of the Pythona WIP to go along with my (possible) Nemesis Enforcer. Torso is an old SDS cast, legs are MU X-23 and the arms (and head) are SW Aurra Sing.

I'm planning on sculpting small spots on her white skin to emulate the look of the vintage figure's costume, and making the spots some kind of sores or like the skin is peeling and revealing what's beneath, the pink-ish purple-ish hues...

Got a bikini ho on the bench. I need to go get some JB Weld to assemble her, though.

Pythona WIP. Painted some highlights on the suit and painted the base skin tone for the head. I removed the hair because I think it gives her a much more creepy, alien-like appearance.

I also want to swap her feet out for a bare-footed look.

On the original character - is that pink body supposed to be her skin or is that a body suit??

Looking good, dude!

I THINK it's supposed to be a bodysuit.. but those weirdo Cobra La types, they might be running around naked for all we know.

I'm not sure I want to do it, as then I'd HAVE to buy a 21st P-40, even though I secretly do want one.

I was thinking of what parts to use. I'm really leaning towards basing him on the 21st Corsair pilot. I'd need to find one of them to use the head. RoC/PoC CC legs with cuffs added, Para-Viper feet, and most any upper arms would work. Might even be able to use the 21st figure's torso.

Need some arm suggestions for this coat that will be on a tall figure...

I'm actually trying to figure that out myself. I have another large coat in the works (the one from the Golden Army Hellboy figure), and I'd love to be able to offer a set of larger arms to go with both of the larger coats. I have the left arm from the Hellboy figure which I'm going to copy, and make a mold of the copy, and original so that I'd have 2 arms, but I'm uncertain how it'll look since it was originally intended to be a left arm, but it is actually kind of curved more like a right arm, but the right arm has the big glove of doom thing on it.

Oh, and to answer the obviously coming question yes a big 'ol Hellboy kit is in the works even including his gun, and holster. That head looks great on the Herc buck. I know that I've been designing allot of kits for that buck lately, but lets face it, it's the best big buck out there, and parents aren't going to buy Herc for their kids because he looks like a giant pornstar or something.

The Herc fig does indeed lend itself very well to customs...I had no interest in a spartan, but your kit is swaying me...

Only problem with Herc is lack of large heads and the need to replace his forearms and lower legs but also have no large replacements available...

All of that^^^^

Think I'm gonna pick up another Herc and do a "commando" variant, then send it to a random member for Jesus Day.

I agree those are definitely his biggest draw backs, but ones that I'm working on fixing. For instance I have the Deadpool Corps set so since "Championpool" is a Herc buck I can take his lower arms, and those are fixed. Both his, and Cable's lower legs fit on Herc as well. So that just leaves the heads. Which there are a few other figures that have head that are the right size. Cable, Wonderman, Colossus (my War god kit head). Pretty much any of the Wrecking crew size figure heads should fit since all the figures from Wrecking crew size through Herc size are about the same height. Same height = same head size. It's just that it'll look like it's too small at first because you're used to seeing it on a thinner body. The Herc body is much wider, but being the same height their heads wouldn't change in width too much. For instance Cable, and Herc heads side by side:

Even so it looks smaller on the larger body, because you're used to seeing it on the smaller body.

W/ Herc's lower legs on there the figure was actually shorter than Cable.

I need a good Marvel Legends' scale gun for ML Cable. Why on earth they made a Cable without one of his classic cannons, I'll never know... Any suggestions?

Try the guns from the Toy Biz Uncanny X-Men 2nd and/or 4th Edition Cables?

The gun on Votorius' Cerc there is from one of the TB Cables, but not the two I mentioned. Looks like the Urban Assault Cable was the source.

Dammit, I forgot about those oldies. I have two TB Cables somewhere in storage at my parents' house. No idea where, though. Probably easier to just ebay em. Thanks for the idea!

I wanna do a superman based on that Herc body...boots become an issue, as does A LOT of blue painting...

Well I have the feet from Cable, and if you filled in the "strapless" areas of the lower legs w/ some sculpting putty, and sand it nice, and smooth your boots are all set. As for the blue painting um I might eventually be able to help some w/ that too, but I'll need a little more time.

I'm in Jedi mode. Here's another one I'm working on:

Thought I could use one of the female torso casts I have lying around, but went with sculpting over a 25th. Scarlett body. Used a ROC Cover Girl head. The lightsaber isn't real, by the way.
