Really? The V1 looks just as crazy/weird, but more spaceman-ish.

Doing V2 makes sense, though. I'm sure they'll just have the Toxo-Zombies be the exact same, just with a zombie left arm and foot from the Zombie-Viper, and maybe a damaged helmet on top of the ZV head… Or not, but that's what I see them doing.

I wonder how much difference they'll do between the TV and TZ?

Head and at least a limb, though one would hope it would utilize all of appropriate the Z-V parts. Like T'Jbang, they've done a great job at using ME parts to pull off the vintage look. It makes total sense for them to use the V2 as the basis, given how the V2 and original Toxo-Zombie were a "pair".

Good luck with your dolls. They're just bitter because they can't find Barbie clothes that fit their "figures".

Yup, hell, even if Joe wasn't 4" now the 12" ones would still get their asses kicked routinely by any number of 1:6 manufacturers. Those fuzzy-headed fuckers were eclipsed long ago.

Haha, the best part is the guy they interviewed is some snooty psychotherapist guy from Ballswap Spa or something silly. He doesn't realize he's just a sad old man playing with dolls still, acting as if he's better than silly 30-somethings still playing with action figures.

well thank god he isn't interesting. I don't have to pay $80 for him now :)

May be the first carded figure I pass on. He looks like shit. I get they love their Chia Pet doll head but it looks silly, and they need to stop using those fucking legs with the suit torso. The CC/SS legs work great as pants, and they have double knees.

hahaha.

It's an okay figure, just not what I was expecting and not worth the premium that it will cost.

No idea right now. Most likely in the $30 range at the show and big bucks on the aftermarket.

I haven't heard too many people from here say that they are going yet. That's really cool that you're going. You worried about bringing the little one?

Just make sure you keep your kid away from the para-drop event. Greedy neckbeards will throw your kid just to get a damn figure.

Last month we flew to Washington state to visit my wife's familey and he was great. Flying to Dallas is about the same in length so I think he will be ok. I plan to get a golden ticket and I just hope the club will be ok with me and my wife and the baby. But to be honest if I am dropping an extra $300 bucks they better be ok with it.

I plan to do the same as I did at SDCC and take pictures and get any news and text to you and e-mail you.

I wish I was going to Joe Con this year after it was here in Indianapolis. It was my first Con I was able to attend since it was not far from my house last year. Had a blast too.

I always consider it however it's almost always too far to travel and the Con seems expensive enough without adding the travel expenses.

I'm going to pretend you didn't say that. I'll take swivel-single bend knees over doubles any day of the week.

Hmm, I love the Prof. X buck, but they didn't do anything to it to make me covet what they've got here. Which is a good thing. A change in the suit color may have swayed me.

Cut the vest off, some white and black paint, and an undersized cast of that head and I'll have this!

They went with the Marvel outfit, but the classic head? I don't like the combination. I'll still try to get the figure simply because I won't have to worry about paint wear like I do with my customs which is exactly the same.

I made a dual shoulder holster rig, but I wish they made one that was a little more slim designed that fit a gun...the strap across the chest looks ridiculous.

I think I already bought this figure, except he was bald and came with a weird chair thing.

It doesn't work for formal wear. It would be fine for "Run through the jungle" Colton.
