Its great and all, but if Hasbro cant get stores to stock, its irrelevant. The Vintage Collection doesn't exist and neither does The Black Series to me. At least around here neither exist. Still only Clone Wars figures on shelves and barely any of them. I swear to god if the name is not Iron Man around here, it does not get ordered or stocked.

I mostly quit collecting SW because they aren't in stores (MU too). I have now quit Joe's for the most part for the same reason.

My collection would have a hundred more figures if I didn't always have to pay for shipping or scalping.

I kind of agree.

- MU stopped being stocked, so I went from an all-in, full line collector to an online cherry picker.

- SW vintage line stopped, and I don't care to display non-vintage style packaging, so I went from a buy-anything-from-Ep IV-VI kind of collector to a cherry picker there too.

- Joe stopped having product that wasn't dollar store fodder, so I've just stopped. Not from lack of desire, but because they don't make Joe toys anymore.

I pretty much only buy Kre-Os, Masterpiece TFs, and lots of third-party TFs. Part of me is sad because all the best toys seem to be drying up... However, lately I've been going through my toy storage units (yes plural), and I see all the crap I've accumulated over the years, and half if it is cool... and half of it makes me wonder what the hell I was thinking. So maybe slowing down, even if it's manufacturer/retailer induced, isn't all that bad.

Finally got a new 5 PoA stormtrooper. As soon as I got home, I cut his head off and dremeled it to fit an older body. 1 down, 19 to go, lol.

Seriously, though, did the Hasbro rep say anything? If it's 8 months out or some stupid bullshit like that I won't wait around to harvest Toryn Farr's arms and I'll start running down other options.

No. I'd like to have this custom done long before then. but if no arms avail themselves to me I'll just have to suck it up, won't I?

Agreed.

The 3.75" Black Series packaging is having a change but it's the card shape, instead of a rectangle it will be like a TIE pilot or Stormtrooper helmet shape.

Sleeved female arms are always a commodity in short supply, and the head is useful, if plain. Oh, sorry, I forgot all you dorks think the military is full of fucking super models.

Hell, I might be able to mate up a Joe pelvis and use the torso, too.

Not when it comes to our military. Now I know the Israelis and some of them former CommBloc states put lookers in uniform.

But whatever, when she comes out I'll prove what you can do with it. *shrugs*
