They never do anything about those Chinese knock-offs at Big Lots or other discount chains. I would think it would be easy for Hasbro to threaten those retailers for selling them.

I'd forgotten about all those el-cheapo Aerialbots and Constructicons at BL. You really would think they'd crack down on that. Maybe they can't bully BL the way they can little con dealers. I'd like to see Hasbro folks walk into BL and announce that they are confiscating all the cheap plastic robots.... ha!

Terrorcons don't hit the nostalgia factor like Menasor or Bruticus, but chances are I'd take the plunge anyway. Combiners of this size and quality don't appear every day. It took 26 years to get a descent devastator.

this 100%...until recently, i didnt even know who Abominus or Computron or Defensor were...but it'd be REALLY hard for me to pass on any combiner if they look as phenominal as Hercules/Giant
It's the Powerglide version of the Rattler. The name K.O. Joe is clever and self-deprecating. I like that.

Yeah, it is far better than MP-03... but I'd take the igear version, as I just don't care about the cape and other coronation accessories. The new face on MP-11 is nice, but it's not worth $60 more than the IG version would cost.
Besides, I fully expect IG to make some additional faces/heads for these, as many seekers as they're putting out. Extra heads is kind of their thing.

i don't think theres that much improvement really...biggest noticeable difference i see is in the legs...and if they werent side by side i might not have even noticed that...i think the cost difference makes the igear versions much more appealing, not to mention SWs almost out

It's a 4" Brawn and Cosmos that is ridiculously better (and more G1 accurate) than any official product HasTak ever had a wet dream about. I'm there, even if Cosmos is a "meh" character.

I have $300 on Amazon in gift cards to spend, so I figured why not. I'll probably get the Toynk one, just to spite those assholes who listed it at $124.

Weird. I've got all those except Sonicron, and even at $27, I don't want him. He's a weird scale and only "meh".
I don't think they are getting rid of the 3rd party stuff. They periodically have sales like that. Plus, why would they have preorders up if they were bowing out? They just put up the Brawn & Cosmos pieces yesterday. Plus, I suspect the 3rd party stuff is higher margin than the umpteenth case of Bayformer repaints.
I have a review tomorrow. If it goes well, I think I'm getting that damned Starscream retool. And then likely getting the iGear TC.

I never cared for her character, despite getting a ton of love lately. I guess it's because she's the lone female? Except the Bay flick totally ruined her, and I still don't quite get that concept.

I pre-ordered the pink version when they were first listed. I'm a sucker for G1 looking bots, especially those that have never had proper official G1-styled releases.
It's nice, but I'm not fond of the yellow. And I assume there will be a green version, but I don't see anything that makes it an improvement over Hercules. A year ago, I might have been more interested, but now that I have $600 in the TFC version, this seems redundant.
there is a green version set coming says Maketoy...depending on the cost, i may get it...i'll still always be more fond of Herc though...i just prefer his aesthetic
