    Philip Marlowe, Private Investigator.

Yeah, those Maisto bikes occasionally prove useful.

Desert combat cruiser w desert fox

Good for sweeping high ground, windows or roof tops, but it doesn't look like you'll get much depression out of it, so no killing bad guys on the ground. The work is clean, I think I would have mounted the exhaust stack tighter to the body and at a different angle (it looks like the barrels...

    Philip Marlowe, Private Investigator.

Thanks. I figured I had the Prof. X-based hood done, I might as well do a white hat foil, too.

    Merit's "New" Huey.

From what I've read it's among 21st's finest pieces. They didn't skimp on the execution, they just chose a poor subject.
  5. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

Because it's an F-104. Probably among the last of the Century Series birds that should have been produced, and only one in a number of examples of 21st's dubious selection process. 0 recorded victories for F-104s in Vietnam. Plenty of shot-downs and engine failures, though. Pulled from USAF...

    Micronaut bad guy

Yeah, my selection of Marvel figures is limited, movie WS was the only one there I have.

It would if I knew where in the hell my Winter Soldier was.

    Merit's "New" Huey.

I think they might be passable as rifle caliber rounds. Could be mistaken, though.
  9. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

About the only thing that might work for 1:18 in 1:32 is linked .50BMG.

    Merit's "New" Huey.

They're talkin' out there ass. The only Joe compatible, post Korea jets are the Bbi's F-16C (1:16.5, actually), F/A-18 and JSI's F-14. There was a prototype of a 1:18 F-4, but that's about it. Then the forthcoming AV-8B+. There's an F-104, but we don't talk about that one.
  11. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

Nope. Well, not for use with Joes at any rate.
  12. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

Yeah, that's not gonna work at all.
  13. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

Most assuredly. Unless it was something massive in 1:1. Then you might be able to fudge it as a Joescale thing.
  14. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

Not even remotely compatible. The Skystriker is a Joescale cockpit on a roughly 1:35 plane.
  15. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

I really need an unadorned nose variant. I could probably make the one with the M5 work, but between it and the cost of the resin blade items (2-4 of all the Huey parts listed in that thread) I'm dangerously close to 3 bills, and I haven't even gotten to the other parts like a pickel weather...

106 is a bit lower than I thought. Still.....
  17. K-Tiger

    Merit's "New" Huey.

The chin gun on mine is busted all to hell, but I haven't had any issues with the turret itself. To be honest if I were to do this Huey (for Coooobraaaa! usage) I'd probably take all the useable stuff (the AN/ALQ-144, AN/ALE-39 CMDS, M260 pods and TOW racks and tubes) off and toss the rest of...

Yeah, a cat got to one of his.

Everything on those things break. Ask NSA and I how we know.

    Merit's "New" Huey.

JSI is just reusing 21st's old molds. I'm of the opinion that the plastic is still the same/similar, but someone with a 21st example of a given model would have to chime in on that score. I've got 3 21st UH-1Cs and they've all got some bit broken off because of the plastic. I'd feel much...
