Well I went and done it again. I preordered these new Germans from Joy Toy. Locker Toys had them but I didn’t see them at my usual online haunt, BBTS. I am stopping after this, unless...😎
Star Wars, good for the head sculpts! I’ve decapitated several for my LBC’s with Joe figures over the years. My favorites are young obi wan and the starkiller heads.
The mind bender body with Amy head works pretty well. I hope this line gains traction especially adding male soldiers. Good quality so far and joints seem to be well done.
I ordered two more after getting this one. I’m waiting for the Sean Connery and Mr T heads to show up. I hope to do a Colonel Roy Urqhart figure with the 007 head and I need Mr T in my collection so he can go around saying: “I pity the fool” to whoever irks me 🙂
I just got this headsculpt from a customizer called Spartan 1 18. He did an awesome job painting, this is a GI Joe Baroness body from several years ago.
Seeing the Indy pictures makes me wish Hasbro or someone would do some figures and accessories for the Mummy Movies with that Frazier guy. A lot of potential from those movies.
Rumors around Sodor are that Sir Topham Hatt worked for the government years earlier. I did these for my grandsons when they were on vacation. I would send a couple pictures and the narrative was that Sir Topham Hatt was using MI-6 to find the boys who were missing from the toy train world they...
I’ve bought a couple things under click and play, the Quonset hut play set I got several years ago and it’s still in the box. My oldest grandson is 4 and about to the age I gift it to him. His siblings are a little more destructive so I plan on setting up a safe zone so he can play without human...
Where did you find these and how much did they cost? I’ve bought two sets so far of Joy Toys cool figures but have to save some money before I step out again 😉
Yeah, I remember the first time I saw an Abrams. My artillery unit was at Ft Pickett and we did a convoy and along the shoulder of the road was an Abrams and it looked smaller than what I would have thought. The old M60 tanks looked bigger.
Mine currently resides on a shelf in my cabinet. I need to take it out and put some batteries in it and entertain the grandchildren next time they visit Papa. The older boy told his little brother, “You can’t have those, they are grown up toys!”
