I think Unimax Bravo are your best bet since they are available online at the usual spots. Crappy thing is that the 6 packs come with 3 of each uniform and when broken out to individuals, the price becomes unreasonable.

Tamiya is worth the price since it is so thin, the plastic looks like it was molded in the painted color.

Fusion is great paint for basecoats if you can find the color you need and it's warm enough to keep it spraying in a thin mist.

I'll take pics next time I paint something. Part 1: Basecoat: Basecoat is really easy if you use the right paints in the correct manner. I strongly encourage the use of Tamiya spray paint even thought it seems pricey and is fairly hard to find. You will need to call your local hobby...
