Your best bet, regardless of what brand you use, is to just repaint the entire figure, wherever the skin is exposed. Personally, I would recommend Reaper Master Series. I get a ton of commissions for the Sgt. Slaughter head cast that I sell, to be painted to match the Roadblock body from wave 1...
