There's no guarantee that this is even gonna happen. I'm sure this is to drum up fan preorders. Joe fans ain't gonna drop 250 bucks for a new Pit.

True. To be honest, if they did a sick playset, I'd probably get it to just support the line, but I'd have to figure out where to put the damn thing. Joes only need something smallish and cool, nothing like a Flagg or Pit.

But considering Hasbro and the Club's costs on shit, you'd get something like a Terrordrome door (like a single slice) for $580, before shipping, butt-fondling charges, and without $10 bubblewrap. And the file card would be dented to fuck when you got it, if they bothered to put tape on the box to begin with.

Eh, I long abandoned the idea that Hasbro was capable of a Joe vehicle/playset that was worth more than 5.99.

While my interest in MOTUC is taking a massive nosedive due to the horrible bottom-of-the-barrel character selection, I'm sorely tempted to get this. It's almost a must for anyone that considers themself a serious MOTUC collector. Not because you need to buy the expensive item to prove something or have a collection pissing contest, but rather because the castle is arguably more important than 90% of the characters in MOTU lore.

Take the castle out of the picture, and these guys are fighting over random shit. The castle might be a huge macguffin, but it's central to the whole franchise, so that makes it pretty damn important.

it never gets taken, if they get enough to make an order, they will email you that they are charging you in a month, or something like that, then charge you and ship. so if it dont meet the mark nothing happens. if they do meet it and you were one of the ones who preordered, you will be charged in a year, around november or something. i went for it, cus i learned about these thing before they were coming out on the tank back in 08 and as soon as they started i been doing it, and the whole time to myself i always wished they would make the wind raider and castle grayskull. we got the one, and an opportunity to get the other. i'm taking it.

would of been cool if they offered pieces to buy every month, like a wall and such. then when finished it would build like a 4 ft long castle and shit. completely four wals around, and then they couldmake catapults for he-man. wow, i would love a like 4 or 5 ft x 4 or 5 ft castle greyskull.

That would be awesome!...never in a million years would it happen though...so get some foam out and some plaster and make it happen yourself man...

My dad made us a HUGE CG out of wood and Bondo when we were kids...it was insane...way bigger than my friends CG...sculpted "stone" working drawbridge, multiple levels...we used it for all our toy collections...

Not true. They just hadn't updated the little thermometer since friday or something. And TG said there were some bulk orders they had to verify as valid before they could be 100% sure and announce something. Now it has officially been announced that it is a go, per mattycollector.com

I'm pretty stoked, even if it is over a year away. All my action figures loved grayskull. He-man, cobra, decepticons. All of them. Now a new generation of MOTU, Joe, and TF can inhabit this beast, and a new generation of kids can have a ton of fun.
