*cackles manically*
So people waited for days in front of a computer and then stuff sold out in seconds? That right there is internet gold! Looks like stock just went up for those that went to SDCC!
It's no where near comedy gold compared to last year where everyone was stuck in cart limbo for an hour before anyone got a confirmation.
Apparently they (Joe collectors) are cursing out and generally being shitty to the CS reps at HTS.
Real mature.
Now honestly, are you at all surprised by that reaction?
Well, it looks like the SDCC Exclusives went up on HasbroToyShop.com around 11:07 or 11:08 am, and both Jinx figures sold out within just a couple of minutes. I grabbed the MU Masters of Evil 3-pack.
Surprised? Not in the slightest. A small part of me perhaps hoped adults would act as such even if they didn't get their precious little toy kunoichi.
Not 11 EST, I was on their site around then and they weren't there. Must've been 12:07 or 12:08 EST?
It was such fun over there...I spent an hour on the SDCC page. People bitching to no end after the fact. I got greedy and went back for the Hiss tank...ended up with nothing because the checkout leaves you on a page without the ability to remove anything and it says "Please remove out of stock items before placing your order" with a big ass BACK button. You click back a couple of times to get past all the account confirmation BS and get to the cart, remove the items, go back through confirmation and then checkout. Lost all three trying to remove the tank. Oh well.
And yes the Jinx figs and tank were gone in less than one minute.
Like the modular terrordrome that's been hinted at.
I don't know if I'd call that "hinted at" - what's-his-face said he'd like to do one, but that doesn't mean anything. Right?

They couldn't even do a modular MASS Device right, what indication do they have that they could manage a modular Terrordrome?
I can only imagine what a "mobile Terrordrome" would translate to.
