very disappointed in the sure fire figure i mean i was looking forward to the v1 version not v2. why is the club so into the color brown.

After looking at them all so far I only really dig Iron Klaw but the colors are horrible. I guess the last two better be grand slams to really condone a purchase like this. Looking at them I don't know if they could fetch their worth on the secondary market. I'm sure they will get something but it's pretty.....meh.

At least they tried to go to different years, lines and nationalities. It covers some bases but is it what people would really want? A whit mortal would have been a good one to get the first year going. Hell, a red funskool Stalker would have been just as good as some of the ones they did. Now if they card them on their original type of cards it will be a little better. Won't help the figure but will help wanting to keep it carded.

About damn time. Now that's a good looking figure. Hair's a tad light, and I wish the shirt was slightly lighter than the pants, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, best figure so far. Big Boa is the other one I'm waiting to see. The rest can suck it.

I echo MR and Med's sentiments. I definitely wouldn't mind having that Cover Girl figure. Although, I'll have to make her hair darker.

Nice figure, although it's almost exactly what I expected in terms of parts usage. This one I'd get, but it's not worth the other 10 that we've seen. Maybe if you can get extras and someone with the sub will sell me one.

I think had they made her pants the color of Sparta, with slightly less orange hair (although I like that she differentiates from Scarlett, which Sparta seems to have too close of a red... CG should have more auburn hair, but I guess Strawberry blond works well enough too for a Sunbow-nod blend) she would've looked a little more vintage. I guess having a jumpsuit works, but I kind of wanted different-colored pants from her shirt.

Again, not a deal-breaker, and what I expected. They would've had to tried hard to fuck this one up. I'm happy with her, and she'll definitely be my default CG. I'm not even sure I'll do any painting on her, either.

I'm pretty sure you can buy them separately, fogger. You just can't get the 13th "Mystery Figure" if you don't get the sub. So, you should be able to get her without getting the sub or paying the secondary market prices.

That face is pretty fugly and not enough cleavage. They need to start using Marvel Universe upper torso's for these broads. :D

I'm sure this one will get people to join. It's something lots of fans have been wanting for quite a while. Big Boa (if done nicely) and Iron Klaw are all I dig although IK has some really bad colors.

i agreed with MR so much, that i just went ahead and just changed the name :D

like everyone else, i woulda been surprised if this WASN'T exactly what she looked like, down to every last part...

she looks great, don't get me wong, but i'd been surprised in a good way had they been much more faithful to the OG CG...i'm honestly kinda tired of this version...maybe because, like K-T said, i've seen this exact custom 100 times before...

i won't be joining the club or anything to get her, but if i can find her for a REASONABLE price, i'd be glad to add her to my collection...

  • Dice - repaint
  • Grunt - repaint
  • Iron Klaw - not really new parts just canceled parts
  • Jinx - redone VvV head that can't be expensive to do
  • Barrel Roll - another redone head I think
  • TNT - repaint
  • Surefire - new head OH SO THAT IS WHY ALL OF THESE ARE SO EXPENSIVE! :p
  • Cover Girl - repaint
  • Big Boa - pending
  • #13 - better be all new parts! :mad:

What is the Cover Girl a repaint of? I'm bad at the "guess the parts" game.

I think she's fugly too. Not a bad figure overall, but the face is disappointing for a supposedly drop-dead gorgeous character. I do dig that leather jacket, though. That new?

There were more new heads than you listed, Goldbug but not a ton.

I expect Big Boa to have a new head, and torso from Resolute RB again, and maybe new web gear, but I bet we see something lame on him. I guess they could also do the new design? But I hope not.

I'm not sure of the heads that are VVV/DTC retools, but I know some of them are retools or new that weren't used in previous 25th construction.
